Yoga was an integral part of his daily routine as a student since his childhood growing up in Hyderabad, India.
Over the years, Krishna has come to understand the connection between our mind and body through his yoga practice.
This realization fueled his passion to share his knowledge and embark on a yoga journey that has become his life’s work.
Krishna has taught and practiced various styles of yoga but found his true calling in the B.K.S Iyengar practice.
He was determined to deepen his practice and knowledge and obtained his formal Iyengar certification in May 2018, under the guidance of his Spiritual Master.
Aside from teaching Iyengar Yoga, Krishna also conducts various yoga therapy classes that specialize in healing for the neck, shoulder, and back, as well as pranayama and meditation.
Krishna finds great satisfaction in knowing that his students have reaped numerous benefits, such as recovering from neck and back ailments, improving their overall well-being, and achieving a greater awareness of their spiritual selves.
